Our Process
At FCG Constructions, we pride ourselves on having an effective process in place to simplify your journey with us. One of our quote options includes quoting using historical data from past projects, adjusted to the current market. We have a database of completed projects from which to draw construction costs from, allowing us to meet your budgetary requirements. Our estimating team ensures all carpentry contract tenders are submitted clearly and concisely so you can assess whether the scope of work is adequate for your needs.
Every project is surveyed and cost estimated by our in house cost estimation team to give accurate breakdowns and marked drawings, allowing our clients to be confident in our process.
Once your project is awarded, our project management team takes over. They’ll take care of everything from procuring materials through to liaising with the on-site team of contractors. You can rest assured only the best skilled tradespeople will be chosen and allocated to your project. We’ll also work closely with the head contractor, and to ensure your project is completed on time and on budget, we’ll have supervisors in place who will make sure the process is being correctly followed. Finally, if any issues arise or an amendment is required, our office support staff are always available to provide assistance.
